A year later

Hey other side,
Its been a year since I last posted. Many things have changed but most have stayed the same. :-) I'm now at the third year of my BSc and things are getting tougher. Dashain holidays just passed and as usual I spent most of it online. :D I haven't even touched my assignments.

But look! Finally got the new Windows 8 on my PC. Looks cool >>>

Unfortunately, I get confused over menu options and other stuffs like closing an app or shutting down the computer. Visually, i can get enough of this new Start GUI but makes me long for a touchscreen :( ..

So.. I hope to post more consistently from now on. Lets see. ;-)

Android and me

Hey!!
I got a new cell phone !! & yep its an android.
Colors XFactor < I've found that its a copy of micromax A52 which in turn is a copy of Chinese Gionee GN100 xD >

Its not much, cost about Rs. 8500. Its got android 2.3.6 Gingerbread, 1Ghz processor, wifi, bluetooth, 2mp camera, 8GB microSD card, 3.2inch capacitative touch screen with 240x320 resolution, dual sim and A-GPS support.

Can't complain much cuz with the device so cheap I could get android system. But, the thing has very low internal storage and the manufacturer has filled it with nonsense. I have tried to root the device, but as it will void my warrenty I'm pending it for a year. Till then I'll try to work with what I've got. Frankly I've used much worse handsets that the touch screen feels like a godsend :D.
